  The house was very clean and confortable and beautifully appointed. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this house.

  Great base for our family holiday. Ground level carport. First level kitchen, lounge, deck, laundry and toilet. Second level deck with ocean glimpses off main bed, two other bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Not best location if your on straddie to surf but great for fishing, boating and relaxing. Quieter end of straddie. House clean and kitchen well stocked of utensils etc.

  Pretty good. Bring more bowls.... There aint enough. Noisy house so bring quiet people (aka not me)

  Good sized house, close to cafe and shops on a peaceful section of north Stradbroke. Plenty of koalas to spy in the surrounding tress, a great local seafood shop around the corner too.
  
  The lounge room is very large, but has the tiniest TV at the far far end, so we moved furniture for the duration of our stay so we could actually watch TV. The floor and lounges were full of sand. The hard floors need a proper mop, and haven't appeared to have been cleaned for a very long time. Got diarrhoea in the first 12 hours, as everything in the kitchen cupboards and drawers was dirty. We then had to wash each item we took out before you used it, not something I like to do on holidays. The plug in the kitchen sink doesn't hold water, and the hot water wasn't hot enough to wash up effectively, so no wonder I got sick. There was nothing to clean the bench tops (spray and wipe, etc) so you couldnt clean up after yourself properly. Stove top was oily around the knobs, god knows how old. Ewwwww, no wonder I got sick. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and all bedrooms had lots of storage and space. It really could benefit from having some aircon too. The Aldi coffee machine and frother which is specifically mentioned in the listing, is missing the stirring part, which means you can only make froth and not warm milk. So you can't actually enjoy a hot latte or cappuccino, unless you like ice cold milk in your hot coffee brew and a cool coffee in the end. Great if you like froth on a short or long black though :S
  
  The location was good and amount of space plentiful. It's a real shame the main living level was filthy and made me sick. The rental management staff had offered to send someone around to sort the sink plug when we told them, which was good service. But the massive clean it needed couldn't be done with people staying there.
